You and EducationUSA
In addition to the resources provided by the Fulbright Educational Advising Center in Bucharest, EducationUSA is globally committed to offering services to U.S. universities interested in recruiting international students.Include global EducationUSA resources for U.S. universities in your recruitment plans and:• Request a login to the EducationUSA secure site for accredited U.S. colleges & universities that will give you access to country and center specific information not available to the general public, including very useful country and center fact sheets;
• Once you have received your login, you can also “Request Our Logo” for your international admissions website (a hyperlinked version of the EducationUSA logo and description of how EducationUSA can assist prospective students throughout their search);
• Also after receiving the login, you can submit academic program and/or scholarship information to our “Weekly Update” which goes out to all 470+ EducationUSA advising centers and their student advisees each Monday. You can see what the Weekly Update looks like in the PDF tab of the EducationUSA Facebook fan page;
• If you are looking to mail information about your programs to our advising centers, which reach millions of students and parents annually, once you have your login, you can download a spreadsheet that provides mailing addresses for each advising center that can receive information from U.S. institutions, what type of materials that can be received, as well as the maximum quantity of each item. This spreadsheet is located off the “Send Materials to Our Centers” link once you’ve logged in;
• Subscribe to the monthly HEI (Higher Education Institutions) eNews to stay up to date with what is happening in the EducationUSA network that is of interest to U.S. institutions;
• Submit a video link to the EducationUSA YouTube channel playlists that now highlight (free of charge) institutional videos from over 100 U.S. colleges and universities. If you have an existing video on YouTube that you would like to add to this playlist, simply email Marty Bennett the url address for the video;
• Follow EducationUSA on Twitter at @EdUSAtips (for U.S. higher education reps) and/or @EdUSAupdates (for prospective students).
